  • What will it cost to create a web store?

    Well here’s the best part, it’s completely free! On the home page, click on the Request a Store button and fill out your information. We’ll set you up with a sales representative to get the ball rolling! 

  • Is there a deadline for ordering?

    Unlike the competition, we’ll leave your web store open all year round! But if you’d like to set a deadline for parents to order by, we can set up a closing date with a countdown that will appear at the top of the web page. That information will be included on the fliers we provide to be given to parents to ensure they are aware of the close date. (p.s. it can always be re-opened)

  • How long will it take for my web store to launch?

    Not as long as you may think. Pending the art approval process, your store can launch within a week!

  • Do you provide uniform samples?

    Yes! There will be a size measurement chart on every web store, but we understand that sometimes parents need a visual. We can ship you an order of a full Sample Size Run. If you do not want the sample uniforms, return them to us and no worries, you will not be charged!

  • Is there a limit to what I can have available on my web store?

    Absolutely not! From t-shirts to varsity jackets, hats to backpacks, the sky is the limit. Any apparel item you would like to have available, we can make that happen.

  • What if we want to close our store?

    While customer satisfaction is our top priority, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with or simply wish to close your store it’s no issue what so ever. Simply contact your sales representative.

Frequently Asked Questions – For Parents

  • How long will it take to receive orders?

    All products are made to order and so generally take up to 11 business days to be in hand. But don’t worry, orders can be tracked every step of the way and tracking numbers are sent via email once the order ships!

  • Is there a physical store I can go to to pick up?

    Unfortunately, there is not. Feel free to call us with any questions or concerns, and you can also contact the school about uniform samples.

  • What is the return/exchange policy?

    Being that uniforms are custom and made to order, all sales are final; there cannot be any returns or exchanges made. However, in efforts to ensure the right sizes are being ordered we do have size measurement charts under every apparel item. If you still need assistance you can contact the school about sample sizes or give us a call.
